Margaret "PEGGY" Bellar and Katherine 'CRICKET" Keys share a combined 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Peggy's passion for life—gardening, cooking, reading, writing, music, yoga—is what eventually led her to the Catskills, where she is an enthusiastic community leader and area promoter. Prior experience directing a national nonprofit in NYC and comprehensive knowledge of the local market and trends give her the professionalism, drive, and a keen feel for the real estate business. At the core, she is a people-person; exceptional at helping her clients find what they’re looking for.

Katherine “Cricket” Keys bought a weekend home from the Catskill Dream Team in 2015. Compelled by the brokerage's warm and professional practice she joined the team as an agent and is now co-owner and managing partner. Cricket worked for years in the film and TV industry in Brooklyn before making the leap to “full-timer” status in the Catskills. She hails from Eastern Oregon and has always been drawn to small communities and that fresh country air. When she’s off the clock she enjoys exploring the area's natural beauty with her fly rod or snowshoes often with her pups, Frankie and Poppy in tow.
